Role Profile L'Arche Village Activities Leader
Reporting To: L'Arche Village Leader
Responsible For:
- Coordination and facilitation of L'Arche Belfast's Activities Programme, which is based at our Village site.
- Supervision of other facilitators delivering activity sessions.
- Development of potential income-generating activities that are in line with project objectives.
Main Job Purpose:
To work as a lead member of a team responsible for developing a dynamic programme of daytime and evening activities for adults with learning disabilities and other groups. To work with the rest of the Village team to develop activities which generate income, helping to maintain project sustainability. To ensure all Health.
