Prestigious US law firm with exceptional offices in the City is seeking a driven and detailed-orientated Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support the firm’s lateral associate recruiting for multiple practice groups across London and other international offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the interview process by screening CVs, scheduling interviews, arranging meeting rooms, greeting candidates and organising visitor passes
- Collecting and tracking interviewer feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Gathering pre-hire documentation, coordinating background checks and liaising with the HR team on assessments
- Preparing and analysing lateral recruitment data, legal market trends and recruitment-related tracking reports
- Processing, tracking and filing candidate submissions, invoices, vendor agreements and agency placement fees
- Posting lateral vacancies internally and externally, as required
- Maintaining recruitment spreadsheets and ensuring accurate candidate and recruitment data tracking
- Delivering a high standard of client service and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Providing ad hoc support to the Graduate Recruitment team, as required
Skills & Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm is essential
- Excellent academics, Bachelor’s degree, or similar, is preferred
- Experience with recruiting systems and managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
