Our prestigious international law firm client is seeking a focused and results driven Senior Reward & Benefits Manager to lead the development, management, and delivery of key reward and benefits strategies, projects, and processes across the firm’s EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager EMEA:
- Manage a senior advisor, supporting their development and capability within reward and benefits.
- Lead the full annual compensation cycle across 6 countries in conjunction with regional HR Leads.
- Provide thought leadership, support and advice relating to reward and benefits to all countries in EMEA.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative changes.
- Undertake regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices across regions and industries to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Maintain oversight of all employees and Partner benefits in EMEA and for secondees to and from the region.
- Manage relationships with benefit providers including budget lines.
Skills & Requirements of the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager EMEA:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role from a law firm.
- Previous experience of managing compensation and benefits schemes required.
- Good understanding of market norms and best practice across different geographical territories.
- Strong data manipulation skills, comfortable creating spreadsheets from scratch where needed.
- Able to provide mentoring and insight to those less experienced.
- Technical knowledge of compensation and benefits structures within EMEA highly desirable.
- Experience of legal sector fee earner reward strategies desirable.
