Senior Litigation Legal PA – 12 Month FTCLarbey Evans is partnering with a prestigious international law firm to recruit an experienced Senior Litigation Legal PA on an initial 12-month fixed term contract and is due to start ASAP.
Base Pay£48,000
Working Hours and Location09:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities
Producing all typing, secretarial services, correspondence, including lengthy document production on request.
Arranging travel including visas and accommodation.
Carrying out conflict checks.
Minute/note taking on calls/meetings.
Organising and processing expenses and bill preparation as required.
Managing time entry and management for fee earners in iTimekeep.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum of 3 years\’ experience working in a Litigation team within a Law Firm.
Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office.
Understanding of filing systems.
