An exciting opportunity to join one of London’s leading global law firms on a 12-month fixed-term contract in their BD & Marketing department!

As a Senior Communications Executive, you’ll report directly to the Head of Communications and collaborate closely with the Communications team, the wider BD & Marketing team, and key stakeholders across the firm. This integral role is responsible for managing internal and external communications globally, including the firm’s intranet, social media, corporate communications, and PR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the news page of the firm's intranet, including building and maintaining a pipeline of content, and drafting and reviewing copy.
  • Proactively seek out stories that highlight the firm's strategy and priorities, including those relating to client development programmes, internal referrals, and other collaboration across the business.
  • Produce monthly London office newsletter along with managing the firm's quarterly Sustainability and Alumni magazines, including liaising with an external copywriter.
  • Manage the firm’s PC lock screens and e-mail signature banners, including building and maintaining a pipeline of content.
  • Manage the firm’s LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, including maintaining a pipeline of content, and drafting and reviewing posts.
  • Provide internal training and support for LinkedIn, as required.
  • Manage the firm’s profiles with Chambers and The Legal 500 along with managing the production of reports detailing rankings and commentary when new editions of Chambers and The Legal 500 are published.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a marketing communications role, preferably within a law firm or other professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write accurate, engaging, and concise copy.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with a journalistic approach to finding stories from across the business.
