Overview
Premier US law firm is looking to hire a new Secretarial Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide effective and high-quality administrative support to secretaries and fee earners in its London office.
Responsibilities
- Office based 5 days per week
- 9:30am β 6:00pm
- Providing support with, printing, photocopying, scanning, bundling, bibling, e-bibles, binding, indexing, making up files, label printing and adding signatures
- Support with e-filing, locating documents and minor research
- Prepare reports, presentations and internal memos as directed
- Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
- Assist with inputting and transferring time entries and with editing time narratives
- Minimum of 1 yearsβ experience within a Law Firm
- Excellent written, organisation and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
