Research Services Manager EMEA
Renowned US law firm based in the heart of the City overlooking St Paul’s, is seeking an experienced Research Services Manager EMEA with a strong understanding of the legal sector and the demands of a fast-paced international law firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and administrative functions for Research Services in EMEA offices.
Research Services Manager EMEA Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, direct, manage, and evaluate the Research Services team members
- Act as the dotted line manager for EMEA based employees reporting to US based managers
- Update and implement department policies in accordance with established firm procedures
- Meet and liaise with PGDs, PSL's and Department Head's regarding new products and renewals
- Prepare annual Research Services budgets for EMEA offices and monitor throughout the year
- Space planning for EMEA offices and process EMEA Research Services invoices
- Maintain EMEA Research Services accounts and upgrades with vendors
- Provide research and reference support to lawyers/professional staff in the absence of the Research Analyst, EMEA
Research Services Manager EMEA Skills & Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ library experience within a law firm
- A minimum of 3 years’ management experience within a law firm
- Bachelor's degree required
- Masters, Library Science required
- Knowledge of law firm budgeting
- Extensive library technical skill and knowledge
