Recruitment & DEI Advisor
Market leading US Law Firm client is seeking to hire a Recruitment & DEI Advisor on a permanent basis to join their busy HR department in London. The Recruitment & DEI Advisor will provide day-to-day Business Services, Lateral and Graduate Recruitment and DEI support along with other ad-hoc projects.
- Salary to £55,000
- Hybrid Working (3 days in office 2 remote)
- Newly created role with responsibility and autonomy
Duties of the Recruitment & DEI Advisor:
- Working closely with the Managers in the HR team to meet the recruitment, DEI and HR needs across the London office
- Liaising with recruitment agents to ensure the timely coordination of all interviews for Lateral, Graduate and Business Services roles
- Following up with the relevant internal and external contacts after each interview to ensure that feedback is provided and collated
- Drafting offer letters and contracts of employment for all lateral and business services roles
- Support the Firm’s completion and communication of external and internal data requests
- Display complex qualitative and quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Provide updates and advisory duties to the HR, Recruitment and DEI teams based on data analysis
- Support the planning, scheduling and delivery of DEI engagements, meetings and events
Requirements of the Recruitment & DEI Advisor:
- Experience working at Senior Assistant or Advisor level within a law firm or professional services firm environment
- Recruitment experience gained from an agency environment will also be considered
- Experience of extracting data and statistics regarding DEI will be advantageous
- CIPD qualification is desirable however is not essential
- Strong organisational skills, coupled with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders at once, efficiently and sensitively
