Recruitment Advisor
Prestigious UK law firm seeks a Recruitment Advisor to join their brilliant HR team in London on a permanent basis. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process across all Business Services vacancies.
- Salary to £55,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
- 9.30am to 5.30pm
Recruitment Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Working with hiring managers to identify skill sets
- Briefing agencies via email / telephone on vacancies
- Conducting initial screening and review CVs for suitability
- Holding competency-based interviews with the hiring managers
- Developing and maintaining relationships with business services recruitment agencies
- Establishing and maintaining excellent internal relationships with key stakeholders
Recruitment Advisor Key Skills & Requirements:
- You will have experience in the end-to-end recruitment process (from approval to hire to offer management)
- You will ideally have experience gained from a law firm or professional services firm
- You will also have experience of conducting interviews for a variety of positions at all levels of seniority.
- Experienced gained from a legal recruitment agency background will also be considered
- Competent on all MS Office packages
