Real Estate Disputes Legal PA
A top City law firm with offices in Guildford is seeking to hire a new Real Estate Disputes Legal PA on a permanent basis, offering hybrid working and generous benefits.

The successful candidate will have previous Legal PA experience and ideally have experience of Marketing and BD activities within your Legal PA role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Disputes Legal PA to join a highly regarded City law firm.
Real Estate Disputes Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Support lawyers in marketing and BD activities
- Enter new contact information onto the CRM system InterAction
- Assist with BD pitches
- Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process
- Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
- Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
- Liaise with Learning & Development Department
- Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
Real Estate Disputes Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience
- Ideally have some experience of BD / Marketing within a PA / Secretary role
- Fast, accurate typing skills
- Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
