Join a prestigious US law firm in the City as a Private Client Legal PA! In this role, you will be a valued member of the team, taking on significant client-facing responsibilities and being actively involved in key processes, including opening matters and typing high quality correspondence.
Salary to £58,000

Private Client Legal PA Key Responsibilities
Accurately produces and amends documents and correspondence from handwritten, dictated, or printed material, often to tight work deadlines
Create and/or revise Adobe, Word forms, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
Partner diary management which involves working across different time zones
Establishes and maintains effective communications with both internal and external clients or contacts
Deals promptly with telephone calls, directing enquiries and taking messages as appropriate; provides back-up telephone coverage and support for other lawyers and secretaries in the area
Onboarding new clients, opening new matters, and drafting engagement letters
Co-ordinates administrative tasks such as travel planning/expenses, monitoring inboxes, diary management, organising meetings, billing, time entries, mail, and research
