Renowned US law firm is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Payroll Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Payroll Manager, with a primary focus on payroll operations across European offices and secondary responsibility for accounting duties where required.

Payroll Coordinator – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and process monthly payroll data for European offices, liaising with HR on starters, leavers, and contractual changes
- Collate and reconcile overtime, deductions, and benefit data, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
- Submit payroll data to external providers, review outputs, resolve discrepancies, and approve final payroll runs
- Process leavers, including final payments, P45s, and related documentation
- Process payroll, benefit, and vendor invoices via Emburse, including payroll lawyer invoices
- Prepare and post monthly payroll journals to the ledger
- Support annual Private Medical and Dental Insurance renewals and prepare quarterly reports
- Manage the European payroll inbox and respond to employee queries professionally and promptly
- Distribute monthly payroll documentation, including payslips
