Job Description
PA Manager
Leading global law firm with stunning offices in London is seeking to hire a new PA Manager for its renowned Corporate department on a permanent, full-time basis.

- 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
PA Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all allocated secretarial resources
- Support Head of Secretarial Services
- Responsible for resource allocation regularly reviewing workloads
- Manage headcount and draft business cases for additional support
- Supporting the annual salary and bonus review
- Identify skills gaps within PA team and make sure all Junior PAs have a development plan in place
- Office management support regarding office moves, graduate recruitment, billing cycles etc.
PA Manager Key Skills & Requirements:
- At least 5 yearsβ experience within a law firm
- Proven team management experience
- Sound knowledge of PA Admin within the legal sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
