Expanding law firm in London is looking to hire an experienced International Arbitration Paralegal on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to join their London office.

Competitive salary, 6-month fixed-term contract, high quality work on ground-breaking cases.

09:00-17:30 working hours, hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote), Chancery Lane / Farringdon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining large electronic and paper case files, with day-to-day responsibility for file management, indexing and the organisation of client materials for associate review.
  • Working with lawyers and interns to carry out first-level document reviews ahead of second-level associate review.
  • Supporting associates during submission phases, including formatting and style consistency, cite-checking, proofreading, and organising supporting documentation.
  • Leading the logistical planning of hearings, including negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and hearing venues.
  • Working closely with fee-earners on opening and closing submissions, with responsibility for PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of cross-examination bundles, working closely with fee-earners throughout the process.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Applicants must have 2-3 years’ Paralegal experience in International Arbitration within a law firm.
  • Applicants must be available immediately or at very short notice.
  • Experience of supporting filings and hearings and will need to work with some degree of autonomy.
  • Experience with e-discovery (Relativity, Disco etc).
