Marketing Specialist – 12 Month FTC
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join one of our US law firm clients on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave. You’ll be joining one of the best US law firms in London, known for its stunning offices, market-leading employee benefits, and a strong track record of career development for its employees.
- Salary to £65,000

In this role, you’ll plan and deliver marketing initiatives that raise the firm’s profile, help lawyers build meaningful client relationships, and support business development goals across our key practice areas.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist:
- Develops, plans, leads, and executes Firm-sponsored programs for current and prospective clients.
- Serving as the marketing lead for events and sponsorships including creating event plans, and managing critical timelines and internal / external communications, etc.
- Supports the office / region’s client entertainment activities.
- Coordinates the production and distribution of various legal updates sent to clients.
- Helps prepare and manage the office marketing budget.
- Supports the maintenance of and engagement with the Firm’s CRM system and leverages the system to connect lawyers, clients, and other contacts.
- Assists in the onboarding and integration of new lawyers and lateral partners.
- Assists in the development and execution of lawyer workshops on developing a professional biography and LinkedIn profile.
Skills & Requirements of the Marketing Specialist:
- 5+ years of professional marketing, business development, or other relevant experience, within a law firm.
- 2+ years’ experience planning and leading events in a professional services environment.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing databases and technologies to track, maintain, and disseminate content, such as Vuture, SalesForce, and InterAction.
- Solid understanding of the competitive landscape in the local / regional market.
