Renowned boutique international litigation law firm is seeking an outstanding Senior Paralegal to lead and manage a team of four paralegals in its London office, while also assisting with the preparation of legal documents, conducting research, compiling data from various legal sources, and maintaining case files.

Salary to £70,000

Hybrid working – 4 days office / 1 day remote

09:00-17:30 working hours

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paralegal workflow coordination
  • Liaise with HR to recruit paralegals which may include screening CV's and conducting interviews
  • Manage the probation period to include overseeing performance, collating feedback, conducting mid and end probation meetings
  • Oversee ongoing performance of the team identifying training needs, delivering training where appropriate
  • Draft correspondence, disclosure requests and responses and other related documents
  • Prepare and maintain documents and bundles to be used at hearings and throughout proceedings
  • Conduct document reviews on platforms such as Relativity
  • Identify and highlight relevant legislation and case law (utilising Westlaw and other research platforms)
Skills & Requirements:
  • 5 years+ Paralegal experience in an Arbitration / Litigation is essential
  • 2 years+ experience as a Paralegal Coordinator / Team Leader / Supervisor within a law firm
  • Excellent document management experience
