Fast growing US law firm based in the heart of the city is hiring a new Recruitment Assistant on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role, with the successful candidate working in a team of 4, spread across Lateral Recruitment, Business Services Recruitment and Graduate Recruitment.
Salary of up to £35,000. Working hours are 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday) + hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH). Stunning City location with a subsidised on-site restaurant and coffee bar.
Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Assistant:- Organising all administration in relation to campus-based and in-house recruitment activities e.g. law fair bookings, associated travel/accommodation, marketing materials and attending events.
- Assisting with the organisation and administration of our Vacation Schemes.
- Assisting with the running of assessment days.
- The maintenance of the London graduate recruitment webpages and supporting with the annual redesign/refresh of the London graduate recruitment brochure.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers, candidates and recruitment agents for availability, booking meeting rooms and sending out joining instructions.
- The maintenance of the lateral fee earner and business services recruitment portal, loading job descriptions, sending CVs to hiring managers for review, moving candidates between folders and general application status/outcome communications.
- Tracking the status of each vacancy and providing updates and reports.
- Generating offer paperwork.
- Assisting with the onboarding of vacation scheme participants and trainee solicitors.
- Ideally 6-12 months administrative experience within a professional services organisation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills.
