An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Billing Specialist to join a global US law firm in London. This fast-paced role will assist with the preparation and management of client billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines and internal policies.

Billing Specialist – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform all required pre-bill edits, including narrative edits, time/cost adjustments and write-offs (in accordance with firm’s policies and procedures)
- Generate, print, and distribute pre-bills to assigned partners each month
- Follow up with partners to ensure pre-bills are returned by the deadline
- Ensure bills meet the agreed client guidelines, generate final invoices and email to clients
- Respond to emails, both billing related, and other routine inquiries in the London Billing inbox
- Work within the team structure and have direct communication with Partners, Associates and PAs
- Generate WIP and other billing reports when required
Billing Specialist – What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of legal accounting/billing experience within a law firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis in Excel
- Elite 3E experience preferable
