A top US law firm in the City of London is looking for an experienced International Lateral Partner Recruiting Manager – you’ll support global partner hires, drive smooth integration, and use data to improve the lateral hiring process.

Salary: to £100,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in delivering international lateral partner hiring and growth priorities
  • Work with the Lateral Partner Recruiting Co-ordinator to set priorities and manage internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market and candidate research, and prepare materials, business cases, and data insights using tools such as Pirical
  • Coordinate cross-functional onboarding and integration across Practice Management, BD, Finance, IT, HR, Risk & Compliance, Marketing, and the Office of the General Counsel
  • Oversee pre-arrival and Day One readiness, including onboarding communications, system access, stakeholder engagement, and integration planning
  • Track integration progress against approved business cases and financial assumptions in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Co-ordinator, ensuring quality control and ongoing professional development

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in lateral partner recruitment, onboarding and integration within a global law firm
  • 2+ years’ experience of people management or workflow supervision experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-stake stakeholder processes and cross-functional workflows involving senior partners and leadership
  • Prior experience supporting partner onboarding, integration, or post-hire performance tracking is strongly preferred
