Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Transformation functions
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proactively anticipating needs and adapting to changing business demands
  • Support and coordinate HR projects and initiatives, helping drive effective delivery across the wider HR team
  • Facilitate onboarding and integration of new joiners within HR and stakeholder teams, ensuring a smooth and connected employee experience
  • Support early careers talent by signposting internal resources and helping individuals navigate available support channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, including the use of AI tools to streamline ways of working
  • Prepare reports, presentations and documentation using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and collaborate effectively within a small, high-performing HR support team

Skills & Requirements:

  • Senior-level Legal PA / Legal EA experience ideally gained from a law firm
  • Experience supporting HR / wider business services teams is highly advantageous
  • Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and meetings
  • A high level of proficiency with the MS Office suite
