A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Manager with wider marketing experience to manage a busy programme of events, including seminars and conferences, both in the UK and internationally at a renowned global law firm.

Key Responsibilities of the Events Manager:
- Work with Lawyers and Marketing & Business Development teams to define clear event objectives
- Drive a more strategic approach to events that align with the firm's priorities to maximise cross-selling and client engagement
- Manage events throughout the lifecycle and support team members, providing oversight, guidance, quality control, and escalation support where required
- Work with stakeholders to improve the use of data before and after events, including attendance analysis and follow-up campaigns
- Ensure events are effectively promoted internally and externally, maximising visibility, attendance, and cross-practice engagement
- Collaborate with digital, CRM, brand and communications teams to deliver integrated marketing activity aligned to events and wider marketing campaigns
Skills & Requirements of the Events Manager:
- Law firm experience in a similar Marketing / Events role is essential
- Previous line management experience is required
- Strong experience managing and overseeing in-person, virtual and hybrid events
- Experience using CRM and email marketing systems (e.g. InterAction, Vuture)
- Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or equivalent experience
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage a varied workload and support events outside standard hours where required
