An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Legal EA with strong organisational capabilities to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload, supporting a Partner, Counsel, and two Senior Associates within a busy and highly regarded Employment team.

Salary to £60,000

Hybrid pattern requiring 3 days in the office

12-month fixed-term contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage busy inboxes and complex diaries, coordinating around active deal timelines and key transaction milestones
  • Produce high-quality correspondence on behalf of stakeholders, including drafting client engagement documentation
  • Facilitate WIP reporting and billing processes in line with client and matter requirements
  • Deliver proactive support across business development activities and wider firm initiatives
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, including Salesforce and InterAction/Interhive
  • Support collaboration across a busy, fast-paced team environment
  • Assist with team social activities and internal committee coordination

Skills & Requirements:

  • Senior-level Legal PA / Legal EA experience gained from a law firm
  • Employment experience with Partner allocations
  • Experience with billing processes and legal billing systems such as 3E, or the ability to quickly adapt to billing-heavy environments
  • Proficiency in CRM systems including Salesforce and InterAction/Interhive
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills within a support team structure
