A US law firm is hiring a new Paralegal to join its Asset Finance group. Because the firm employs no trainees, the quality of work is expected to be very high; candidates should have trainee‐level gravitas and experience in Finance or Asset Finance.
Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal support to partners and fee earners (e.g., assist with closings, post‐closings, billing, and client correspondence).
- Draft documents and aid in the preparation of financial and asset‐finance related documents.
- Work collaboratively with the London team and, on occasion, with global counterparts on cross‐office deals.
Qualifications
- Previous paralegal experience in Asset Finance.
- Strong educational background and excellent writing ability.
- Ability to present yourself and your work to BD at a very high standard.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to £55,000, dependent on experience.
- Overtime paid in addition to the base salary.
