Overview
Prestigious US law firm is seeking a polished Receptionist to join their high-calibre legal environment on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be extended or be made permanent.
Base pay range
Salary to £40,000 + paid overtime and free daily breakfast and lunch!
Location: Chancery Lane / City Thameslink / Blackfriars
Hours: 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and interact with clients and visitors.
- Answer telephone calls in a prompt fashion, forwarding and taking messages in a professional manner following Firm greeting standards.
- Process and confirm all conference room requests using the in-house booking system.
- Effectively manage email inbox for Reception and carry out any required administrative duties.
- Liaise with contractors and coordinate deliveries of items, such as flowers, newspapers, and catering supplies.
- Assist the US offices with arranging visits to the London office, including booking airport taxis, and office space, etc.
Requirements
- Corporate Reception / Front of House experience within a law firm is essential.
- Flexibility to work overtime or swap shifts.
