Top UK law firm is seeking to hire a highly organised and driven Legal PA to join their London office on a permanent basis, to support the General Counsel and wider Risk & Compliance team.

This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires flexibility and strong judging priorities to ensure the delivery of a high-level client-focused service. The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of different tasks and will play a key role in ensuring the firm operates in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective administrative service to the General Counsel, the Director of Compliance, and other Heads of sub-teams
- Extensive diary management, meeting scheduling, organise training sessions including delivery of training within the firm
- Manage team travel to the firm’s offices globally including visas and preparation of detailed travel itineraries
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to manage meeting logistics such as venues, attendance, refreshments, and materials
- Support the firm’s Risk Committee by organising meetings, managing agendas, and taking full minutes
- Attend team meetings to stay informed, track future actions, and follow up to ensure progress
- Proven experience as a Team PA, with a strong track record of supporting senior management, is essential
- Operational experience is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience using iManage would be advantageous
