A fast-growing US law firm in a stunning West End office location is looking to hire a new Junior Legal PA on a permanent basis to work for a number of Junior Associates. This role will support the team with all secretarial and administration duties.
Salary to £30,000
09:30-17:30 working hours
Office based

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Legal PA:- Assisting with billing and expenses
- Typed work of a high quality, formatting in accordance with house style, at high speed, with accuracy
- Preparing bills (including bill narratives)
- New matter and AML checks including obtaining relevant documentation
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and a strong understanding of Fee Earners’ matters to be able to provide the best level support
- Assisting with diary management, and awareness of Fee Earners' workloads to plan ahead
- Arranging travel and any other activities on behalf of Fee Earners
- Previous junior secretarial or administration experience within a law firm
- CILEX or similar qualification would be highly desirable
- Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
