IT Business Analyst

Top tier law firm with an established legal heritage in the UK is currently seeking a new IT Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This role will report in the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems and will bridge the gap between the legal, business support and IT Professionals.

• Up to £70,000 per annum
• Office based – shift pattern with rota covering 8am – 7pm

IT Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with service, system, and process owners to understand their needs and requirements.
• Analyse business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed business cases which clearly specify the requirements and functional specifications for IT projects.
• Work with IT team members and vendors to design and implement technology solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

IT Business Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, in a law firm or legal environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
