Our premier International law firm client renowned for handling prominent, intricate, and complex legal work is seeking an Interim Senior Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their London office on an ongoing temporary basis. This role has the opportunity to develop into a fixed-term contract or even a permanent role.
Salary to £70,000
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Autonomous role working alongside collegiate and collaborative peers. The Interim Graduate Recruitment Manager will report into the Head of HR and work closely with other key members of the firm – this role will allow for professional growth, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and being directly involved in end-to-end recruitment processes for Trainee/Graduate Recruitment and assisting with Business Services Recruitment, liaising with other offices & the US where necessary
- Working with Universities and attending Law Fairs
- Manage Vacation Schemes and associated events
- Work with Trainee Partners to manage seat rotations
- Establish and manage agency relationships
- 3+ years working in a law firm
- Excellent Graduate Recruitment & Business Services knowledge
