Job Description
HR Systems Assistant
Our leading international law firm client is hiring a HR Systems Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis.
- Salary to £35,000
- 09:30-17:30 working hours
- Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)

This role would be perfect for someone with at least one year of HR data entry experience and a good understanding of general HR policy and processes, with a strong interest in HR Information Systems, looking to further their career within a highly successful US law firm.
HR Systems Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain employee records in the firm’s HR System, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Support the HR team with data processing for key employee lifecycle events including onboarding, contract changes, absence, and leavers
- Ensure all HRIS data entry and updates are completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data flow
- Assist in regular data audits and integrity checks, flagging and resolving inconsistencies
- Generate HR reports as needed for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR data processes and documentation
HR Systems Assistant Skills & Requirements:
- At least one year of HR data entry experience of general HR administration
- Keen interest in HR systems and data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of GDPR and HR data confidentiality requirements
- Experience with MS Visio or Workday is desirable, but not essential
