Leading London law firm is seeking a dedicated and personable HR Manager to join their close-knit HR team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to have end-to-end ownership of several fee earner groups in all their people activities.

HR Manager – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, inductions, leavers and HR systems
- Overseeing payroll, salary reviews, bonuses and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Partnering with senior stakeholders on employee relations, performance management and complex people matters
- Managing key HR compliance requirements, including SRA compliance, right-to-work and DSARs
- Supporting learning, development, mentoring and talent programmes
- Contributing to recruitment and trainee attraction, including assessment and insight events
- Leading and supporting HR projects, organisational change and process improvements
- Providing leadership and guidance to HR colleagues, helping to prioritise workloads and maintain high standards
- Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders
HR Manager – What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Certification (Level 5)
- Experience gained in a similar / HR role is essential, ideally within a law firm
- Must have experience in managing ER issues independently
- In depth knowledge of HR best practice and understanding of HR strategy
