Larbey Evans is partnering with a top UK law firm to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Adviser to join their busy HR team on a permanent basis.
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

This role provides proactive HR support to client groups in London, covering employee relations, correspondence, family leave, absence and wellbeing, leavers, benefits, reward processes, recruitment, HRIS and reporting, along with contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
- Build and maintain credible working relationships to support stakeholders within the designated client groups
- Manage all correspondence across the employee lifecycle and prepare correspondence relating to employee relations meetings
- Coordinate and be the main point of contact for client group employees for the family leave process
- Provide guidance to line managers in respect of any return-to-work meetings they are preparing for
- Attend employee relations meetings, such as performance management, disciplinary and grievance meetings, to support relevant HR Business Partner and/or take notes
- Arrange and conduct face-to-face exit interviews with leavers in relevant client groups and produce written summaries of the meetings
- Complete monthly payroll variation instructions and assist the Reward & Benefits Manager with the annual benefits, salary, and bonus review processes
- Provide wider support on recruitment where required
- Previous HR Adviser experience within a law firm
- Strong customer service and teamwork ethic
- Proactivity and ability to demonstrate care for individuals, balanced with business needs and processes
