A top US law firm is looking to hire a new Float Legal PA to work across all areas including Corporate, Real Estate, Finance and Commercial Litigation. This role will be working for both Partners and Associates.
To £55,000 salary. Office based 5 days a week 9:30am – 6:00pm.
Float Legal PA Key Responsibilities:- Extensive diary management, coordination of complex business itineraries and travel arrangements.
- Organising and prioritising telephone calls, mail, documents, and projects.
- Maintain filing and records management systems and transcribes from tapes, handwritten materials, and/or dictation.
- Prepare legal documents and opening new files.
- Producing expense reports and assisting with billing.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a law firm.
- Excellent written, organisation and communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
