Elite US law firm is hiring a new Legal Receptionist to join their outstanding front-of-house team, to work the hours 1pm to 9pm.
Base pay range
- Salary to £42,000
- West-End based, very short walk from the tube station
- Amazing benefits including 10% pension and free meals
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients at reception, providing a high level of client care.
- Dealing with all clients, either in person, via email or telephone, in a courteous and highly professional manner.
- Booking meeting/conference rooms.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and organising couriers.
- Manage all security access procedures for new joiners and visitors.
- Assisting with client administration requirements (taxis, restaurant bookings, printing, photocopying, etc.).
Evening Legal Receptionist Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience working as a receptionist or cabin crew or other client-facing role where a 5* star service was required.
- Polite attitude and taking pride in your work.
- Competent with MS Office and other IT software.
- Strong, confident and clear communicator, both verbal and written.
