eBilling Assistant Our leading international law firm client is recruiting an e-Billing Assistant to join their fantastic Billing team on a permanent basis. The e-Billing Assistant will support 3 e-Billing Analysts in London who carry out e-billing for key clients across their global offices. The eBilling Assistant Role We’re looking for candidates to take ownership of the firm wide eBilling operations. In this role you will oversee the end-to-end eBilling process, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of invoices through a range of client platforms including Serengeti, CounselLink, Tymetrix, and BillBlast. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with client SLAs, managing billing deadlines, and mitigating financial risk. You will also take the lead in configuring and rolling out the firm’s eBilling hub for major clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and full system alignment with client requirements. The ideal candidate must have current minimum of 2 years e-Billing experience preferably with knowledge of Elite 3E and various e-billing platforms.
