Key Responsibilities:- Lead the annual trainee induction programme
- Manage bi-annual seat rotations with Coordinator support
- Oversee trainee overseas secondments, including visas and documentation
- Organise recruitment events, presentations, and skills sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Support the selection process – screen applications, review video interviews, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback
- Issue offers and support offer documentation
- Contribute to ongoing review of training programmes to ensure inclusivity
- Hold regular 1:1s with trainees to support development and escalate pastoral matters
- Previous Early Careers / Graduate Recruitment experience
