Early Careers Assistant – 12 Month FTC
Larbey Evans is working with prestigious international law firm to recruit an Early Careers Assistant to join their fantastic offices in London on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers scope for creativity and personal development and is perfect for someone early in their career looking to gain valuable experience working in an award-winning HR team, recruiting for their Trainee Solicitor intake, Vacation Scheme Students as well as Solicitor Apprentices.
Early Careers Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing the firm’s Winter, Spring and Summer vacation schemes i.e. review applications, booking rooms and speakers for presentations / workshops and internal events
- Responsible for booking Partners and Senior Associates for Assessment Centres in a timely way including assisting with last minute replacements
- Organise the campus ambassador recruitment process, including advertising roles, processing and pre-selection of applications and arranging and conducting interviews
- Work with Manager and Advisers to ensure effective promotion and outreach to school leavers for the Solicitor Apprenticeship Programmes
- Organise onboarding process, including offer letters, payroll forms, welcome packs, and induction days
- Attend campus events / law fairs between October-December
- Act as main point of contact for all future joiners’ queries and initiate and manage pre-employment checks
Early Careers Assistant Skills & Requirements:
- 12 months+ office experience (experience within Early Careers recruitment would be advantageous)
- Events organisations experience desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly in Excel
