Top tier City law firm is seeking an outstanding Legal PA to provide comprehensive and proactive support to members in the firm’s market-leading Corporate department.

Salary to £49,000, 12-month fixed-term contract. Candidates must be available immediately or at very short notice. 09:30-17:30 working hours + hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote). Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and understand fee earners’ diaries.
  • Manage own email and Partners emails as required, responding to or drafting responses as appropriate.
  • Organise appointments, conferences, meetings via multiple methods, considering lead and travel time etc.
  • Diarise, manage, and coordinate lunches, dinners, and other events as required, managing logistics, attendee lists, and dietary requirements.
  • Coordinate with venues, menu planning and ensuring costs are maintained against budget.
  • Prepare status updates and progress reports to Partners.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of Partners and Practice Manager objectives.
  • Assist Partners with their BD responsibilities and work closely with the BD team.
