Overview
Groundbreaking US law firm is seeking to hire a new Competition Knowledge Paralegal to join their rapidly growing London office on a permanent basis – this firm is ‘the’ firm to work for!
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and tracking activity in the Antitrust / Competition market updating and maintaining databases
- Assisting with legal research and writing and responding to fee earner queries
- Supporting the antitrust team’s knowledge sharing, including collecting and storing external and internal knowledge and training materials
- Assisting with building and maintaining databases of precedent
- Maintaining matter sites (with data collected from fee earners) resources
- Assisting with the preparation of filings and transaction bibles
Key Skills & Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- At least 1+ years of recent paralegal experience gained in a reputable and established law firm setting
- Previous Knowledge Paralegal experience, ideally within Antitrust / Competition
- Ideally knowledge of legal tech including automated contacts, portals, and generative AI tools
