Key Responsibilities:
  • Case administration and document management
  • Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
  • Preparing completion statements and handling completions
  • Preparing Land Registry forms
  • Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
  • Typing of own correspondence and bills
