An exciting new role has arisen for a Tax Manager to join one of our global law firm clients on a full-time, permanent basis. We’re looking for highly organised applicants who are experienced in designing, managing, and delivering an annual tax compliance cycle for the LLP, its Members, and its Corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities of the Tax Manager:
- Manage the preparation of the UK LLP and UK Corporation tax computations and the preparation of individual member tax returns.
- Deliver member annual tax statements to include tax reserving and tax reserve reconciliation.
- Manage the preparation of the PAYE Settlement Agreement.
- Manage other tax compliance obligations and handle HMRC correspondence.
- Monitor tax environment and legislative developments and their impact on the firm and its members.
- Identify process and control improvements, including the implementation of technology solutions.
Skills & Requirements of the Tax Manager:
- Appropriately qualified (e.g. CTA, ACA, ATT, ACA or equivalent).
- Strong UK tax compliance background.
- Experience of operating within a law firm or the legal sector.
- Experience of tax software packages and very strong Excel skills.
