Key Responsibilities:- Independently support and troubleshoot practice technology, resolving complex issues and escalating when needed
- Evaluate and test emerging legal tech (including generative AI), providing feedback and analysis
- Support user training by preparing and delivering content
- Monitor system usage and adoption, identifying trends and opportunities to improve engagement
- Stay up to date with legal tech trends through research and professional development
- Liaise with vendors on support issues, feature requests, and updates
- 4+ years’ experience in legal technology within a law firm
- Experience supporting legal software (e.g. contract analysis, document automation, practice management)
- Familiarity with generative AI tools in legal workflows
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and practice needs
- High technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience creating user documentation, training, or knowledge base content
