Prestigious international law firm recognised for its people-first culture and innovative approach is seeking an experienced Senior Business Acceptance Analyst on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage day-to-day AML compliance, including client due diligence (CDD), sanctions screening, reputational risk and new business intake
  • Review and approve escalated AML matters, advising on appropriate levels of due diligence in line with AML regulations
  • Conduct conflict checks, resolving or escalating potential issues as required
  • Perform client due diligence using internal and external databases and research tools
  • Assess the risk profiles of new and existing clients, escalating high-risk matters where appropriate
  • Provide AML, conflicts and business intake guidance to partners, fee earners and business support teams
  • Create, maintain and monitor information barriers, ensuring any issues are communicated to the business

What We're Looking For:

  • International law firm experience conducting client due diligence
  • Demonstrable understanding of the SRA's rules regarding conflicts of interests and confidentiality
  • Experience of ABA conflicts rules advantageous
  • Ability to research and succinctly present information compiled from various sources
  • Working knowledge of Intapp and other frequently used AML databases
