An exciting opportunity for a highly organised Research Services Administrator to join a leading US law firm. You will support the Research Services team in London, reporting into the Director of Research Services with a variety of responsibilities across data and research management, database and operational support.
Salary to £35,000
Hybrid working – 4 days office / 1 day WFH

Key Responsibilities of the Research Services Administrator:
- On-boarding new joiners; processing leavers, secondees and returners from parental leave within the team
- Managing database maintenance troubleshooting (user issues, access, logins) and departmental portal
- Supporting and maintaining the library management system
- Managing subscriptions, collating and processing invoices and expenses
- Ad-hoc administrative duties such as publication circulation, stock-taking, updating looseleaf titles
Skills & Requirements of the Research Services Administrator:
- 1-2 years legal administration experience within a law firm
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident interpersonal and excellent communication skills
