A top UK law firm who is renowned for their high-profile media and entertainment offering, is hiring a new Legal Administrator to support their Corporate, Film & TV teams on a permanent basis.
The Legal Administrator will support the groups with general administration tasks and assist with streamlining processes.
Agile working: 3 days office, 2 days remote
Responsibilities for the Legal Administrator - Corporate, Film & TV:
- Assists with all aspects of the billing process and accounting processes, including claiming expenses.
- Maintains client files both electronically and in hard copy where required, including sorting, collating and filing emails and correspondence/documents.
- Manages processes using the firm’s network IT systems and databases, including Filesite, Aderant, and Microsoft Office.
- Liaising with other departments including Compliance and Finance.
- Provides ad hoc support to the groups as required.
Key Requirements for the Legal Administrator - Corporate, Film & TV:
- Previous experience within a busy law firm is preferable or one year’s administration experience in a similar role.
- Works well under pressure, adaptable and flexible.
