One of our most prestigious US law firm clients is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Coordinator on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract – you’ll be part of a close-knit, fast-paced recruitment team supporting the full lifecycle of lateral attorney hiring across the London and Brussels offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CV portal on an ongoing basis – reviewing new applications and downloading, screening, and summarising CVs for circulation to Partners
- Work closely with recruitment agencies to ensure effective candidate management and strong external relationships
- Coordinate interviews, including liaising with Partners, Secretaries, and recruitment agencies
- Assist with drafting approvals to offer and preparing offer documentation
- Support the team with pre-screening, background, DBS, conflicts, and right to work checks for all new joiners
- Act as a key point of contact for new joiners
- Maintain internal trackers for joiners, leavers, and internal transfers
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a law firm
- An understanding of the legal qualification route advantageous
- Computer proficient with knowledge and understanding of various database systems including iManage / Microsoft Office
