An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of our elite US law firm clients for a tech-savvy CRM Specialist with a strong working knowledge of Salesforce to join the firm’s Marketing & Business Development team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the firm’s recent Salesforce transformation, where you’ll be the go-to CRM expert for the firm’s international offices across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

The CRM Specialist Role
Our client is looking for a proactive communicator and critical thinker with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgment. You’ll collaborate closely with global Marketing & BD colleagues, anticipate needs, manage projects independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Duties include:
- Rollout, maintain and develop the new Salesforce CRM system to support the London business strategy in line with the wider firm.
- Support users on the day to day running of the CRM by telephone or in person.
- Responsible for maintaining and executing the data cleansing/maintenance strategy.
- Update new company/person information using a variety of resources to enhance profiles.
- Provide regular reports from the CRM system for senior management and for department heads across the firm.
- Contribute to and support the wider marketing team with events management and related marketing activities.
- Provide support to the Client update team with sending out mailings and creating distribution lists.
- Manage relationships with the firm's external suppliers.
- Provide training to users when required to ensure business practices are followed.
- Provide regular to ad hoc support to senior management on various projects.
CRM Specialist Requirements
- Degree educated, Salesforce Administration accreditation strongly preferred, Salesforce Marketer a plus.
- Several years' experience in a CRM data focused Marketing position in a legal or professional environment, using Salesforce (essential).
- Strong understanding of enterprise data structures will be essential for this role.
- Excellent IT skills and experienced in Excel, using databases and ability to adapt to new technology and processes.
- Strong organisation and creative skills and a positive and flexible approach.
