Job Description

Temporary Receptionist

Leading international law firm based in Central London is seeking a Temporary Receptionist on an initial 2-month assignment.

  • Generous hourly rate
  • 09:30-17:30 working hours (Monday-Friday)
  • Candidates must be able to start immediately!

We’re looking for candidates who can confidently provide high quality customer service across two of the firm’s receptionist desks.

Temporary Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

    \\n
  • Meet and greet clients and other visitors to the firm in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Ensure their comfort by offering to taking their belongings and providing refreshments.
  • Take responsibility for the clients experience and ensure that they meet with the correct personnel and/or are directed appropriately.
  • Establish professional and clear communication with the PAs, Fee-Earners, Partners and Clients.
  • Maintain constant communication between the main reception and client floor reception regarding room bookings and allocation of meeting rooms. 
  • Arrange any catering requests and ensure that they are delivered to the rooms by the contract caterers in a timely manner.

Temporary Receptionist Skills & Requirements:

  • Must be available to start work immediately
  • Experience in a high quality, demanding customer focused/service environment, such as a 5* hotel
  • Computer skills including experience using room booking systems would be an advantage
  • A flexible, cheerful, and enthusiastic approach to the role, and a can-do attitude
