Job Description

Senior HR Adviser (12 Month FTC)

Our international law firm client is hiring a Senior HR Advisor on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract in London:

  • Competitive salary
  • 12-month fixed-term contract (with possibility to extend)
  • 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Senior HR Adviser Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate data across all firm HR systems
  • Managing relevant employee relations cases
  • Coordinate mid-year and annual appraisal process for business services and fee earner reviews
  • Coordinate the SQE application process
  • Responsible for preparing monthly payroll reports
  • Primary contact for all HR benefits
  • Oversea the firm’s onboarding / offboarding process for all new starters and leavers
  • Assist with coordinating interviews when needed
