International law firm recognised for its award-winning work in ESG and sustainability is recruiting a Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role suits someone who is passionate, creative, and ready to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
Competitive salary 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday) + hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH). GymFlex, health assessments, and other available health, wellness, and lifestyle benefits. Subsidised on-site restaurant and coffee bar. Liverpool based.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor:- Managing applications received through candidate tracking system and management of assessment centres for the firm’s Insight Scheme, Summer Vacation Programme, and Solicitor Apprentice Scheme.
- Supporting the firm’s trainees and solicitor apprentices with monthly check ins.
- Management of offers and rejects with the Graduate Recruitment Partners.
- Managing feedback process to ensure training contract offers are made timely and all statistical information is provided.
- Creating and updating content on social networking sites relating to early talent.
- Ad hoc pastoral issues and carrying out exit interviews.
- Managing budgets / monthly expenditure reporting.
- Graduate Recruitment experience working in a law firm is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes and projects concurrently.
- Keen interest in social mobility and the firm’s diversity agenda.
- Experience with SAP would be highly advantageous.
