Key Responsibilities of the Senior Employment Paralegal
- Manage own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion
- Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, draft witness statements, and prepare for final hearing
- Maintain regular communication with client, including providing updates and advice as needed
